These terms cover your use of the GafferCam app and a purchase of GafferCam Pro. By installing the app or buying Pro, you agree to them. Contact: gaffercamapp@gmail.com.

The app

GafferCam processes the picture of your camera on your Mac. New installs include a 30-day trial of Pro features. After the trial the app continues as the free version.

License

You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app. You may not resell it, share your license key publicly, or remove its notices. Third-party components are listed in the app's About section under their own licenses.

Purchases

GafferCam Pro is sold as a monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time forever license, delivered as a license key by email, for use on up to 2 computers. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; after you cancel, Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem, which is the merchant of record for all orders, handles payment and taxes, and issues your receipt. Your purchase is also subject to the Creem Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. Do not use it to impersonate or deceive other people, or to record or show anyone without the permission the law requires.

Updates

Subscriptions include all updates. The forever license includes updates within its major version; a later major version may be a paid upgrade.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version.
